REFUND POLICY


PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT:


WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN TROUBLESHOOTING, BUT THE FINAL DECISION IS UP TO YOU. ASSURE YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE GETTING THE PART YOU NEED SINCE SOME PARTS, AND PARTS SPECIAL ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL AND TRY A PART AND THEN RETURN IT FOR A REFUND OR SWAP IT FOR A DIFFERENT PART.


REFUNDS WITH VALID ROCKY MOUNTAIN APPLIANCE PARTS LLC TICKET/RECEIPT ONLY.


NO REFUNDS POSSIBLE ON:

ANY ELECTRIC, ELECTRONIC, OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT THE PREMISES OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN APPLIANCE PARTS LLC,
ANY SEALED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED, OR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE MISSING THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, OR HAVE DAMAGED PACKAGING,
ANY PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED, OR SHOW CONNECTION MARKS, OR ANY OTHER SIGN OF HAVING BEEN INSTALLED.


A FACTORY DEFECTIVE PART WILL BE REPLACED, NOT REFUNDED; REPLACEMENT ONLY WITH AN IDENTICAL PART, NO LONGER THAN: 90 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF PART FOR WHIRLPOOL OEM PARTS, AND NO LONGER THAN 30 DAYS FOR ALL OTHER MANUFACTURER PARTS.


FOR CANCELLATIONS OF SPECIAL ORDERS THERE IS A FEE OF $10.95 FOR RESTOCK AND/OR PART RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING.


CORE RETURN ITEMS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER DATE OF PICKUP FOR THE CORE CHARGE TO BE ABLE TO BE RETURNED TO YOU.


WE GUARANTEE THAT ANY REPLACEMENT PART WITH UPDATED OR ALTERNATE NUMBERS WILL WORK, AND THAT IT IS THE PART YOU ORDERED. UPDATED PARTS MIGHT HAVE COSMETIC DIFFERENCES, BUT ARE GUARANTEED TO FUNCTION IDENTICALLY. MANUFACTURER’S COMPATIBILITY ERRORS WILL BE REFUNDED IF NO VIABLE ALTERNATIVE CAN BE FOUND.


WATCH ANY REPAIRED APPLIANCE CAREFULLY FOR A TIME TO ENSURE CORRECT FUNCTIONING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR APPLIANCE, OR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR HOME SUCH AS FLOODING, FIRE, ETC.
